I wake up, take a shower, put on my uniform, then have breakfast, brush, and finally go to school.

I wake up, brush my teeth, have breakfast, clean the house, wash the dishes, do my homework, have lunch, sleep, go out to play, then go to the gym and finally eat medium foods.

What do you do to stay healthy and take care of your body and mind?

I mountain bike, exercise with weights, and try to eat healthy.
